Owing to the importance of privacy and personal information, the association appropriately protects this information in accordance with this privacy policy and observes the relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Personal information is obtained and used in a fair and lawful manner only when there is a clear and justified purpose.
- The association will not use or disclose personal information outside of the scope of the original purpose or for any purpose other than the original purpose.
- Personal information is accurately updated.
- Personal information is not retained beyond the period necessary for the original purpose.
- We do not provide personal information to third parties unless consent is obtained from the person in question or as prescribed by law. In the case of providing personal information to a third party, that third party is obliged to manage the personal information appropriately according to the concluded contract.
- We will respond promptly and in good faith to requests from individuals within reason concerning requests, revisions, deletions, etc. of personal information.
- We take appropriate security measures to prevent the unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction of personal information as well as the loss and/or destruction of personal information due to accidents.
- We continually review the association's response to risk management, including this privacy policy, and strive to make improvements.
This basic policy shall instruct all officers and employees at the association engaged in the association’s work, irrespective of workplace.
